How much is the delivery for my order?

Any applicable delivery/shipping charges should be shown during the checkout of your order.

We try where possible to offer free delivery on most items, however there may be a shipping fee due for specific items and destinations. To check simply add the item/s to your basket and go to the checkout page.

If you require an expedited or special delivery please contact us to discuss this as there would need to be an extra charge for this.

How long will my order take?

Depending on the item we generally try to give up to date information on dispatch and shipping times on the checkout or order confirmation pages.

Deals & Discounts

How do voucher codes work?

Retailers that offer voucher code type discounts will normally ask for them during the checkout stage of the order process. It’s always best to check with the retailer though as they may work a bit differently. Our tip would be not to complete the purchase if you’re not sure that the voucher code has been accepted and that the discount has been applied.

Sometimes we may hide the code until you click on the button to show or activate it. Once you click on it the retailer’s website will normally open in a new window and the voucher code will display. The reason we do it like this is because some the deals are affiliated and we may receive a commission from the retailer, also it can help prevent the unauthorised publication of certain codes. If you ever have a problem with a code we suggest you contact the retailer directly but we will do our best to help where possible.

Can I submit a deal/discount/voucher code?

If you know about a voucher code or deal that we don’t have on the website you can submit it by contacting us using through our submit deal page. Merchants and retailers can also contact us there too.

Are age based discounts allowed?

The Equality Act of 2010 came into effect on 1st October 2012 and banned many areas of age discrimination in the provision of goods and services. The act aims to make treating people unfairly because of their age unlawful. Concessions and discounts however are generally allowed. Can you help me find a discount for xyz?

If we don’t currently have a deal published for a certain shop or retailer feel free to message us to see if we can help. We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to as ultimately it’s up to the retailer but we can often check for you or ask if they are able to offer a discount if they don’t already have one setup.

A quick way to see if we have a discount for the retailer you are looking for is to go to the retailers section. You’ll be able to see an A-Z list of all the retailers we are currently featuring on the site. By clicking on the retailer name you’ll be able to see a brief description of that retailer and any active deals that we have for them.
